Considering that the software license constitutes a service that is marketed and made available by P3DMed exclusively online - with no delivery of any physical goods -, there is no possibility of the license having defects or vices.

That's because we provide a free demo version of all our software, so that the customer/user can test the compatibility of the systems before purchasing the license to use.

For this reason, we do not accept the return or exchange of user licenses that have already been activated by the customer, nor do we refund the respective values.

​

After signing the plans, the commercial department of P3Dmed will enable the credits and the contracted features in the e-mail account that the customer used to log in to the P3Dental software.

​

Important: The e-mail account used for the purchase on the site must be the same e-mail account used to login to the P3Dental software.
